Homework Due: None. However, you should have taken a few moments to review the free response questions given out before we left on break!
- This week is a bit different than most. We don't have quizzes. You will be expected to read ahead. We are going to take two days to finish our Unit 4 test - because there is just so much content!
- Case brief presentation: Lemon v. Kurtzman.
- Conduct a review session over Unit 4.
- Realize the multiple choice portion of the Unit 4 test will occur on Wednesday. There will be 100 questions!
Wednesday, December 3, 2008 - B Day
Homework Due: Study, study, study!
- Mr. Everett will briefly point to his case brief.
- Unit 4 test, installment 1: multiple choice.
- We will have installment 2: 2 free response questions, on Friday.
- Reading 1 for unit 5 will be posted here on Monday, December 1. It needs to be read for Friday.
Friday, December 5, 2008 - B Day

- Unit 4 test, installment 2: 2 free response questions.
- Athletics/Activities district survey - it's supposed to take 10 minutes!
- Newsmaker report.
- Begin Unit 5 - primarily by discussing the reading for today.
