Purpose: To develop the skills and understanding necassary to effectively communicate with the graphic language. At the end of this course you should be able to identify and draw accurately in both two and three dimensions. Emphasis will be on design and modeling. This class will help you understand drawings and interpret plans that may help you in the work place and also in daily life.

Course Objectives: After successful completion of this course you will have a better understanding of idustrial design, design processes and technical drawing.

Couse Outline: Units that will be covered are: Introduction to Rhinocerous and how to use the software, Cartesian coordinates, view port manipulation, two and three-dimensional drawing, rendering, and lighting. You will be working from the Rhinocerous Tutorial book along with design projects throughout the semester.
